"Great historic hotel in a convenient location. FYI I was ticketed for parking in the pickup/drop off area for less than 5 minutes in order to get the parking pass for the garage - not the hotel’s fault but Hobart traffic cops are apparently a bunch of a**holes so be aware if you need to park a car."

We stayed for 2 nights to finish off our trip to Tasmania before flying home but the hotel is next to/on top of a night club that had live music Friday night that we could hear even in our room on level 8 and less loud music Saturday night. "The apartment is a good size and very clean and comfortable. There is also a small balcony with a good view. The apartment is round the corner from salamanca place, so straight into the lively atmosphere, good restaurants, shops and bars. Have used these before and will use again, you have to check in at the Lenna hotel opposite which is fine, the young lady there i dealt with was very good and pleasant. "
