"The hotel was nice, modern and the pool, restaurants and bars are pretty good. Entertainment staff worked hard, as do the housekeeping staff, good variety of food and drinks. There seems to be a lack of toilets though... for either of the pools, Breeze bar or Pala Santo restaurant, you need to go into the hotel itself and there is one set of toilets for the entire downstairs area, day and night."

"Vriendelijk personeel. Goed uitgebreid ontbijt. Kamer iets verouderd maar verder prima."

"A lovely stay. Bungalow 1063 is really nice. I marked it down a little as the terrace door wouldn't lock and the main light in the living area flickered a lot. I did report these faults. I was told someone would be round to fix them within 20 mins. After an hour I rang reception to chase this up and then 5 mins later someone came to fix the issues. Beautiful sunrises from the terrace! Very spacious bungalow. I slept very well. Staff at reception were okay. I don't feel they went out their way to...

"Hotel recomendable al 100%. La comida buenísima, el personal genial todo. Las piscinas muy bien también. La animación variada y divertida. Todo perfecto la verdad."

"Decent hotel, we stayed in an annex which was maybe not quite as nice as the main building. Overall positive though, all inclusive, only ate breakfast and lunch and went out on an evening. Both were decent. Lovely walk along to Marina Rubicón."

"Great views"

"alles gut"

"Perfect hotel for a break, excellent breakfast buffet and spa area"

"The hotel cancelled our booking and moved us to another H10 hotel. The problem was it was miles from the centre and completely full. Not a single sunbed available at the main pool. Room was nice enough and breakfast was good but overall a poor experience."

"Tercera vez que vengo al mismo hotel…. Seguro que habrá una cuarta"

"The villa very well equipped and clean and modern, Staff at reception were excellent and friendly.the bar staff so welcoming excellent hospitality. food is great and good value for money"

"Very convenient to shops , restaurants and transport. Stayed in a studio that was very clean and well appointed."

"Excellent amenities, helpful staff and good location. Only downside was a significant ant problem, although highlighted to reception they sent maintenance to clean/spray one day, it continued to attract ants. From pool conversations appears it's a problem in most accommodations not isolated, therefore dont leave anything on floor! Quiet/not too crowded late September. Breakfast okay, not well layed out but works."

"The staff were so friendly, the hotel is in a good location ,very clean and the do a amazing buffet breakfast .Will deffinetly be back."
