"Start with the good things...the setting is beautiful and the receptionist was very kind. The roads were well maintained and parking was easy. The place has a lot of potential. The disappointing issue was that the Expedia listing is not accurate and the owners were completely non-responsive. The restaurant is not open as described in the listing (breakfast is provided, though). Also, the tent I booked said it had a private pool. That was not the case at all. "The reserve was stunning. Saw plenty of wildlife despite relatively low game density. The food was great considering the size of the buffet. The property was nice but maybe too modern for a true safari experience. I was most disappointed that it wasn’t as family friendly as advertised. The child center was under construction, the pools were not heated, there were no activities for young children nor was there food catered towards young children. "

"This was a fun stay with a safari feel, but there wasn't much game watching in this residential Eco Estate. This stay was in winter and the tents were cold, although sleeping was fine with electric blankets. However, all of the staff were very accommodating and the food was good, especially the breakfasts."
