"This is a beautiful hotel right in the heart of the lovely city of Trier. The room was immaculate, spacious and comfortable. The staff were very helpful, and I even received a complimentary bottle of sparkling wine simply because it was my birthday, during my stay. I have stayed in few finer hotels."

"Eine sehr gute Unterkunft, das Zimmer prima, das Personal freundlich, der Wellness-Bereich exzellent. Die Lage in der Fußgängerzone macht das Parken knifflig, aber das weiß man ja. Mir fehlte ein zweites Kopfkissen, was heute normal ist, und die laute Radiomusik beim Frühstück muss nicht sein. Und: Aus irgendeinem Grund hat man ein offenes Bücherbord -- in einem verschlossenen Raum."
