"Admin Staff were lovely. Didn't meet others but room had not been cleaned and if had-fire the cleaner!. Also had cleaner walk in at 8am! -check-out is 10am...Just as I had got out of shower! Thank goodness I was dressed!! Everything would have presented well if room had been clean! Dirty floors/shower/walls and tissues under bed.....tend to put you off the rest!! "
