"The room is clean, quite and simple, which was what we wanted and expected. We had a very good sleep before taking a early flight. We appreciated two great and value-added services : 1) provided a private car to bring us to airport which took only 3 minutes 2) The breakfast opens at 3:00am which is a very good start for the early flight travellers."

"Everything was good"

"Very nice hotel, great location with friendly and helpful staff. Very spacious room, with well maintained features"

"Great location , near everything. Food was excellent and staff was friendly."

"Top notch hotel, with very friendly and helpful staff."

"The rooms in October has no air conditioning, they turn it off we were on the 20 th floor when you opened the window all you hear was the noise of the cars. We did get a fan for the room but it was very noisy, so room gets to 28 degrees, the gym has no air conditioner as well , so if you are like me and you work out go in the morning. Other wise the gym is a sauna. Breakfast is good , and the rooms are comfortable others then there is no ac."

"This is the perfect hotel in the perfect location, everything worth seeing is a brief walking distance away and the Trindade train station is a short walk away to make the airport to hotel journey (and vice versa) very easy. The best thing about this hotel is the staff, the exceptional customer services across the reception, the breakfast room and the room cleaning services. All staff are a credit to this hotel and it was nice to be remembered from my previous stay as that was a nice welcome...
