"Man it’s a hippster kinda place I thought it was a big show but honestly had an issue in the middle of the night with and they had a team ready to help. The property is fine decent for what you pay. “ITS SECRETLY A FOOD DESTINATION”. Absolutely couldn’t get enough of the food!"

"Great hotel within walking distance to many areas. Staff extremely helpful and friendly. Room large for Hong Kong hotel rooms and very clean and tidy. Gary Australia"

"日本語スタッフと空港へのアクセスに期待しましたが、空港行きバス乗り場がよくわからず、違う乗り場から逆行して、香港Airに分単位で乗り遅れ、別会社の深夜便を案内されました。"

"I like the service, and shuttle to MTR,and staffs very helpful."

"Excellent location. Breakfast is good. Staff are friendly."

"The hotel upgraded us to a larger room very quickly after we complained about the small size of the room. The staff are very responsive, polite and helpful. We stay at this hotel every time we visit Hongkong. The location is excellent."

"部屋をアップグレードしていただいた上にスタッフのサービスは本当に行き届いており、快適な滞在ができました。"

"Not a 4* hotel!!! Great location. But sadly, that’s the only good part. The rooms are unbelievably dated and in disrepair. The bathrooms are worse than my grandparents, chiped furniture, dripping tap, small and dingy with bad lighting. Dated furniture throughout. It does not help with dehumidifiers everywhere, including in the room. If i switch it off, there is this stale smell! This hotel is at most borderline a 3*. Will definitely not be coming back!"

"The “queen bed” is not a queen bed at all - just two twin sized beds put together. Seems misleading and Expedia should consider not labeling these rooms as “Queen beds” as they simply are not. The lifts are quite slow to arrive and serve many floors so be prepared for it to take a while to get up and down from your room. Additionally, I needed to print some travel documents and it cost 60HKD for 2.5 sheets of black and white paper which seemed excessively expensive for someone already...
