"Stayed in the deluxe room and at over £100 for the night with no breakfast, I did expect better. Drain in the shower had smell on arrival, but sorted quickly. Went to get into bed that night and the frame the mattress sits on came away from the frame and collapsed, so at had to "re-make" the bed. "Lovely large room and decent sized shower room. Free parking was a big plus point. Plenty of choice on the tea / coffee tray. Staff were helpful and courteous. "Great welcome to the property and given advice on offers of where to eat. Room was spacious, outlook was onto car park but we don’t spend much time in there and hadn’t booked a sea view so that was fine. We were given a pass for parking. Short walk to theatre. Nathan is a lovely host, couldn’t have been made more welcome. Well done to him running the B & B on his own."
