"This hotel is quirky, but in a charming way. The staff was great and it's a very central location in downtown allowing easy travel to many attractions in Omaha. There were a few "down sides" to the hotel, but nothing that would deter me from staying at this facility again. This hotel is charm, not modern, which is something I prefer when visiting new places."

"It was a nice stay. The room was really the highlight. We found everything to be very clean and fresh! The lobby is super small, cute, historic, but unimpressive at night. We only stayed one night and did not eat at the restaurant, but it looked pretty! Elevator and halls were just meh design-wise, but the rooms were lovely. Bathroom was great (but why don’t Midwest hotels install fans? It’s not just the historic places, they’re missing everywhere!), and the beds were cuddly, soft, & super comfy...

"Lights in the room were inoperable, stains on the sheets. Unable to control the temperature, was freezing cold. Maintenance had to bring a portable heater. The first one quit working shortly after the maintenance man left, he had to bring a second one. The upholstery on the arm chair was disintegrating. The dock around the pool is chipping away. I asked the manager for some sort of compensation, but he insisted there was nothing he could do. I have stayed at this property many times, but this...

"The noisiest hotel we have ever stayed in .. traffic noise, slamming doors, we could even hear the ringing of the elevator… $25 a day to park .. clean and quirky.. staff was nice !"
