"We had a ton of luggage from skiing and were put in a beautiful ground floor room after speaking with reception. The check in agent couldn't have been more helpful in setting up our 4:30 am shuttle trip to the airport. I used the shuttle twice and both times the drivers were very professional and helped with our luggage.
