"The location is absolutely perfect - in the very centre of all the action. Room was clean and functional. Breakfast was amazing. Staff could have been a little more helpful at reception. They seemed disinterested. On arrival the lifts were not working so we had to go through the back and use the staff lift. Then our TV streaming wasn’t connecting. As a solution we were made to pack up and come down to reception to be re-roomed, only to find out the same problem was present in the next room. This...

"Staff was incredible! Food was ok, but not exceptional. Extremely good centralized location near warf and ship. Walking distance from fishmarket and shops. Close to museum. No distilled water for CPAP Machines. Room was very nice. Bed was comfortable. Staff arranged for us to take a short cab to the train station - for train to Oslo. That 6-7 hour trip should not be missed! We stayed one night as an extension to a Viking Cruise. Would definitely stay there again!"

"Staff were super accommodating and friendly. We arrived at 5 am and the offered to turn the lights down in the lounge so we could sleep. Let us store our luggage until we could get our room and when we left for a day trip. Food was wonderful as well. "

"Very centrally located by the harbour, across the road for the airport bus and two minutes walk to Unesco Brygge site. Rather tired atmosphere but reasonable value for Bergen. Recommend Mostrtaumen fjord trip, funicular and 'Around Bergen in 80 minutes' walking tour with Don was fantastic "

"The hotel was in an ideal location for touring the port of Bergen. All of our tours left within blocks of the hotel. The breakfast was ok. The rooms were very small and the beds were not even the size of a twin. Not very comfortable"
