"The location was great . The bed was the worst bed I have ever slept on avoid level 2 room 8 . It was as hard as a rock , perhaps reception could have mattress toppers on hand should you need it which would have made all the difference from a good stay to a great stay . "

Our room was smelly, with old and damaged furniture. The pictures on Expedia are misleading as we had no view, we had old damaged furniture, and we were off the back road and nowhere Palmer Street. I raised this again with reception and had to request that we be relocated, which was eventually arranged.
