"We had a one bedroom unit with city view. The check in and out was easy as. The room was very tidy, no issues. Sound proofing was great, the bed very comfortable, the hot shower was lovely. The body wash etc smelt divine. The location was unbeatable, the view was amazing. The price was far lower than i expected and appreciated. We absolutely loved our stay here and hope to return for a similiar experience."

Avoid conference week and other major city event such as rugby tournaments. otherwise you are going to pay 5 star hotel price for this (3.5 star) hotel."

"Found it difficult to find the entrance to the hotel - kind of tricky to get to and parking is not for cars bigger than a hatchback. Was a very tight squeeze for my SUV. Not a bad location for access to Southbank, arts centre etc. staff were friendly and helpful. Room was a bit run down - lots of space and kitchen/laundry were great, but bedroom and bathroom could use a touch up. Good for a cheap simple stay if you need the space."
