"The hotel was lovely very nice room and spa facilities were good. Pool a bit small but perfect for a dip. Unfortunately the music from the reception area was booming all day and night so I got little to no sleep. Very disappointing when on a business trip and needing to be well rested the next day. By 11.30 pm I went to reception and asked them to turn it down. Originally I had thought it was some kind of disco from the restaurant it was so loud! "ケム川に面したホテルということで9ヶ月も前に予約して楽しみにしていたがチェックインして案内された部屋は川は見えず駐車場しか見えない部屋だった。しかも排水が悪くテラスの鍵のうちの1つが破損していたので部屋を変えてもらったが、やはり排水が悪く水がなかなか流れず溜まってしまい、テレビのリモコンも作動しなかったので再度部屋を変えてもらいようやく快適に過ごせた。9カ月も前に予約しているのだから他に部屋が空いていない訳はないし何故最初に駐車場しか見えない部屋を案内したのか不信感を感じた。フロントの担当者のひとりは最終的には誠意をもって対応してくれたが、なぜ当初あのような部屋を案内されたのか理解できない。"

"Not sure how its a 4-star. Anyway, the restaurant was really good, great food (but a bit heavy on cheese and light on mushrooms in the risotto) and wine. Special recognition for Tilly, who was very attentive. The fire alarm went off 12 times in the night, really? The room, No. 17, was way too hot, maybe that's what triggered the alarm? The heated towel rail was on full and I couldn't see how to turn it off. The bathroom extractor fan ran on for ages."
