"Very well run hotel. Lovely rooms and great breakfast. We also benefited from free bus travel for our stay"

"Rev Good sides first: Staff are very, very friendly. Breakfast is rich, but of mediocre quality. Bad sides: Rooms are not small - they are very very tiny and dark. Claustrophobicly tiny, actually. We’ve stayed in far cheaper hotels - but this has been the most tiny room we’ve ever seen anywhere. "Julia at reception took care of everything we needed and was gracious and friendly. The hotel is beautiful and is perfectly situated on the iconic historic lane in the heart of Old Town. The breakfast served a delicious made-to-order menu, and the wait staff was exceptional. The hotel’s artistic design, attention to detail, and historic charm pleased us beyond measure. Bravo to Blaue Gans, and thank you!"

"Excellent room, bathroom, shower and bed. Location was great too and the terrace is beautiful"

"Breakfast was good. Staff was great except for the woman who checked us in. Sauna was nice"

"Nice funky hotel about a 10 minute bus ride from centre. Free bus pass an added bonus. Staff were great and helpful. Bathrooms are a little on the small side."

"Amazing place"
