"All the staff I encountered were all very friendly, helpful and had suggestions for places to visit. Great new hotel. Rooms were spacious, well laid out and had great city views. I was lucky to get a view of Petronas Towers. Breakfast is on 19th floor with city views and Petronas Towers. Amazing selection of local as well as international cuisine. Post breakfast this is an Italian restaurant. There is a 24 hour gym. The open top pool is on the top floor as is the bar and is well laid out....

"I was welcomed back with a lovely smile every time I returned from being out. The Grab rides come to the lobby door incase of rain. The lobby is spacious with plenty of comfortable seating. The restaurant is extremely clean, spacious and although I didn't get a meal I did see others eating and it looked delicious and plentiful. Plenty of fast, clean lifts. "The hotel has everything, a full studio with a view near shopping centers, two transit stations and within walking distance to sky bars and the Petrona Towers. The breakfast buffet has everything you would want, lots and lots of food and drinks."

"Helpful and friendly staff, everyone speaks good english which is very convenient, lots of good dining venues in an easy 5 minute walk, very clean in and around the hotel. Will be staying here when I come back to Malaysia in the future"
