"Surrounding area was very noisy from our room. Air conditioner was average as it did not appear to heat the room. TV in the morning would not connect. On the plus side all staff were wonderful. Location was great. Rooms clean and tidy."

"Great place to stay in Brisbane’s CBD. Convenient, central, clean, very good value, pleasant staff, good facilities. Parking was available nearby and there were plenty of eating venues all around. Room was fine and had terrific river views. Well worth a visit."

"Every time we stay it’s another 5 star review, it’s consistently great both hotel facilities and staff. Housekeeping staff do a fantastic job the rooms are so clean and fresh. It’s a very seamless stay, safe walking from mascot train station at any hour of the night and plenty of room if you’re using a car/taxi etc. onsite parking is safe and secure and it’s actually ONSITE which is a great bonus. The only reason we stay at mascot is for this hotel, it’s only a 2 stop train ride to central."

"Staff were very nice and helpful. We noticed that no one was picking up the trays from room service. Room was dated with lots of scratches on the furniture. Shower flooded ever time we used it. Most disappointing thing was they change their guest $25 a day to park at the hotel "
