The staff, location and room décor were all excellent. I will definitely stay here again the next time I am in Cairns. "Unit was nice and comfy, it was just a whirl wind visit to Cairns to visit our daughter who had recently moved up. The hotel was close to amenities and a short walk away from the Casino. The bed was a bit small! We are used to a bigger bed! The blanket was a bit small but we were given a bigger blanket for the next night. It was nice having the bed made every day."

The room we were upgraded to was great, the mattresses were really soft and the pillows were nice, the balcony was an amazing addition. The only concern we had with the place was the smell of damp, but we opened the balcony doors and that helped a lot. "
