The staff were incredibly helpful especially Gerardo ,Carla,Elizabeth.Gerardo walked with me to the cable car station to help me.. I had an excellent breakfast every morning.. it’s a great location five minute walk from the cable station. But the staff make this incredible Hotel!!❤️❤️❤️"

"A perfect option if you want a party hostel, less good if you want to rest at a 5 star hotel. We were on the 7th floor and a party upstairs on the 9th continued until almost 1am, with loud music coming down the open sides of the building and into our room. When I went to discuss with reception, the manager Mariana Pereira gave me the option of dealing with it or leaving the hotel (at midnight). The party upstairs probably paid the hotel a lot of money to rent the space so they didn't care about...
