"We are a family of three and had a big room. The room was clean, wood/laminat floors, very clean bathroom with hand soap, lotion, shampoo, balsam and shower gel. A resepsjonist spoke English very well and came with recommendations about restaurants. She marked everything on a map."

"The hotel staff was really lovely and informative. The neighborhood is good. We had a triple room and it was nice - even with 3 beds. The room was super clean. I would stay there again. We did not have the best experience in the restaurant. Nothing terrible - our waiter wasn’t the best. It happens. "

"Very convenient location - a few minutes walk to anywhere in Innsbruck centre. The staff on reception were super helpful and sorted out my Innsbruck Welcome Card for me. Comfy bed in a spacious room. "

"Ein Hotel der gehobenen Klasse mit vielen Annehmlichkeiten (Spa, Fitness). Sehr freundliches Personal, ansprechend eingerichtete Zimmer, umfangreiches Frühstücksbuffet (auch viele vegane Angebote). Das Hotel befindet sich auf der Maria-Theresienstraße, der Haupteinkaufsstraße in Innsbruck, das Goldene Dachl, der Inn, die Hofkirche usw. sind nur wenige Schritte entfernt."

"Truly the greatest stop of our journey through the Alps this summer. We were torn whether to stay outside the city center at one of the other communities around Hallstatt but in the end we took the plunge and stayed at Heritage and it didn’t disappoint. We were able to amble through its quiet streets at night amidst the drizzle and rain and it was perfect. Throw in a good meal at the restaurant there when the other places in town were closed or fully booked and I’d go back again and again if I...

"Very nice hotel, great spa. Unfortunately there are less and less places run by Austrians. It is more and more difficult to find a Weiner Schnitzel from year to year, being replaced by halal kebab. "

"The front desk staff was very gracious, polite, friendly, and efficient. Both Maria, who I believe is the manager and Kim were wonderful to deal with at check in, This hotel is both beautiful and extremely well located on the edge of the old town… I chose the room rate to include breakfast, which I would highly recommend… I am 55 years old and it is the most beautiful breakfast buffet I have ever had in my life, complete with every choice you can think of, including exotic fruits from around...

"Excellent staff and a very warm welcome. This hotel has a wonderful family vacation atmosphere and the attached restaurant is outstanding. The pool area is also a nice touch. To top it off the hotel is surrounded by shops and dining options in the pedestrian zone. You can’t go wrong booking here. Excellent value "

"Vackert, rent och alla bekvämligheter man kan behöva. Väldigt fin service och bra rekommendationer för restauranger. Skulle varmt rekommendera detta hotell."
