"Das Hotel liegt wunderschön. Das Zimmer ist sehr stilvoll gestaltet. Leider floss das Wasser in der bodengleichen Dusche nicht richtig ab. Eine Enttäuschung war allerdings dieses Mal das Frühstück. Es gab zwar leckere Brötchen, jedoch der Aufschnitt sehr übersichtlich, der Lachs wurde nicht aufgefüllt und es gab außer Aprikosenmarmelade nur Billigmarmelade aus Plastikabpackungen. Auch gab es letztes Mal diverse gute Säfte. Diese Mal nur billige Standardsäfte. Das Konzept muss dringend überprüft...

"We spent five nights in this unique hotel with a fascinating history. It is set by the River Lahn in the beautiful spa town of Bad Ems. The facilities such as the thermal pool were superb and we made full use of them. The staff could not have been more helpful, the room was really clean and comfortable and the food excellent. It is unashamedly old-fashioned but is full of character and we had a superb holiday there. Highly recommended!"

"It's a unique property, built in the 19th century. The suite is on the 3rd floor, the staff was very helpful to move our luggage to and from the room, as there's no elevator. There's no AC in the room, it wasn't necessary in May. The bathroom is clean and luxurious with soaking tub and shower. There's no drinking water provided in the room, bottled water is available in the mini bar. Location is in between Drosselgrasse and Eltville. The restaurant is amazing. "

"hard to describe the experience as we arrived in Frankfurt after 7 P.M. and didn't get on the road till 8 it was getting dark and finding this small village was very difficult for someone not familiar with the area. Didn't arrive till almost 11 no one there fortunately the door was unlocked and the room key was on the desk. No one up in the morning so no interaction at all !"
