I couldn’t get my TV to work on night #2 and unfortunately the engineer had gone home for the night so we were changed to a different room! Turns out there were 2 remotes and I didn’t see where the 2nd remote was. The next day when I told the staff member at the desk he laughed and said “No big deal…I should’ve asked more questions” We decided to stay an additional night because we’re having so much...

"Wonderful hotel. Pool and hot tub were great after days of hiking. The happy hour and snacks were great- we’d been traveling for days. So nice to regroup. Breakfast was great too. And king suite was huge. Would stay again "
