"This hotel is out of Madrid but easy to access the bus directly to central madrid. It’s clean , and the staff are very friendly and helpful. I would recommend this to anyone. Has a lovely breakfast that you need to pay extra for. And is well worth the money"

"Clean rooms."

"Todo correcto"

"Great hotel to use as a base for exploring the local area."

"Ascensor estropeado dos días"

"Great location, exceptionally clean room, would definitely recommend to fellow travellers"

"Breakfast was included with the reservation. This small hotel is located near the Roman aqueduct. The alcazar is located farther away but still can walk to this medieval castle. Take advantage of free tours offered by Civitatis. Segovia is worth visiting. The views from the top of the aqueduct are spectacular."

"Great customer service."

"Experiencia horrible. Imposible descansar."

"Beautiful small hotel near the Sierra de Guadarrama. Clean room and bathroom. Helpful and welcoming staff."

"Property was great, other than, Reception was remote so all communication was done via an intercom or via email, and the bed was desperately soft with a large sag in the middle such that I had to jam multiple cushions underneath the mattress to have any chance of sleeping."

"Location could not be beat! Lots of space, well appointed, and great AC.Would definitely stay here again."
