"Excellent in every way"

"The hotel was great. It was hard for me to find but that was because the taxi driver said he couldn’t go o down the street but that wasn’t true the entrance was on the side. The staff was very kind and helpful. I stayed in the junior suite"

"The room was spotless and the staff were friendly and helpful the breakfast was very good"

"We had a 4th floor double room with terrace. Beautiful view and cute room with half timber ceiling. Great location near Piazza Navona. No elevator or bellboy to help with heavy luggage so it was tough getting up and down the circular marble staircase."

"Breakfast is very small and limited options and very little space to eat while others are also there. first floor rooms are out dated and the pictures shown on Expedia are only for upper floors. First floor was very noisy and had to change rooms. The only good thing about this hotel is its location. The walls in most rooms needs a new fresh paint, the beds are not queen and sometimes we sunk in the middle."

"The staff was very friendly and helpful providing maps, cappicchino and how to unlock the locked doors We had a problem using the wallplugs and the safe in our room No iron or ironing board in our room but cleaning staff provided clean towels each day Our overall stay we would rate 3 out of 5"

"Quaint boutique hotel walkable to all of the sights. Staff was incredibly helpful and they carried my huge bag up the stairs after our long flight. The AC was a God-send in the heat of summer, and the breakfast area was quaint and yummy. Extra points for roof top deck and ice machine! The only downside was the bed was a bit hard but that’s not surprising in Europe. Will book there next time around."

"I found it inconvenient that for a 7-day stay they did not have any room cleaning. I expect from a hotel to have automatic cleaning every couple of days, at least once for a 7-day stay, with changing sheets and cleaning the room."

"Be prepared to get some exercise walking up the stairs to the hotel. It's a good experience to prepare you for the thousands of steps you'll take visiting Rome. The location of the hotel is central to every site and buses and trams are within a few minutes walk. The staff at the front desk are friendly and very helpful. If you need advice on where to go or what to see, they will gladly help. Our luggage didn't arrive with us and they recommended where to go to get decently priced clothes and...
