"I got lost during check in as there is no clear sign where the reception is(use elevator to go to the 1st floor). Outside this incident, I liked the service and the room. Make sure you check the rooms before booking as they very each from another. I was expecting balcony but my room did not have any. I also was expecting 2 beds and the staff exchanged the room I got initially to the room with one bed and extra rollaway bed. The mattress on the extra bed was much softer so we used to nap on it...

"Communication for checking in was fine through Expedia. Roton was helpful at explaining what was required for out of hours check in and check out was easy. Location of apartment was ideal and central and easy to get to via public transport. Apartment was clean and breakfast available via biscuits, toast, yoghurt, apples, bananas, coffee and water/juices which was handy. The two nights we stayed there was workers carrying out improvements to the facilities which wasn’t expected. First morning...
