We understand that it was a busy week-end but we planned to arrive at 15h to get ready for thé concert. We had our room around 17h. We came from LAX, from a 4hours drive. We would have appreciated to have our room on time."

"First time staying in a Home 2. The initial contact with the staff was positive. She tried her hardest to accommodate my 91yo mother and I by getting us on the first floor. Unfortunately, she couldn’t but got us on the second, close to the elevator. My next positive feature is the dog relief area. My bulldog does not go just anywhere. She'll hold it for hours.
