"The hotel is ok... quite basic but it's functional. Some of the staff members at check in wern't overly friendly. What is also frustrating is that check in is at 3pm, even though the room may be ready they don't let you have the card until a short time before that. I got to my room at 2.55pm only to find that the door is electroncially locked until 3pm and you still can't get in. I get that yes check in is at 3pm, but if the room is ready it is extremely petty not to let you have access to...

"The staff were very helpful and friendly, great location, although I didn't realise it was the German area of Palma. The safety box key 16 euros very expensive. Our room was great apart from a leak in the bathroom ceiling."

"The room was comfortable and had lovely views. The aircon didn't work well and the shower gel had run out, but they sorted out the latter and had a go at the former. No coffee, though there was a kettle and cups in the room. The restaurant was lovely and the paella to die for. The worst for us was how far the hotel was from everything (Palma and the beach) and the fact there weren't any nice restaurants nearby."

"Also das Hotel liegt weiter entfernt von der Schinkenstraße es ist aber alles zu Fuß erreichbar. Strand ist eigentlich nach einem kurzen Spaziergang erreichbar. Leider wurde das Zimmer nur 2 mal gereinigt in 7 Tagen trotzdessen das es alle 2 Tage geschehen sollte. Gefragt wurden wir auch nicht ob die Reinigung ausgelassen werden kann. Personal an der Rezeption ist sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit."

"Please don’t book this hotel. Although the hotel is smoke free, our room smelt of smoke. The tub was rusty and the carpets in the hallway were old and dirty. We spoke to the gentleman that checked us in regarding the room but he wouldn’t help us. The Wifi did not well in the romm. Lastly the location is 20 mins walking from the city center. We never leave negative reviews but this time we felt we needed to. We stayed 1 night and checked out."
