"Very traditional Spanish and perfect. Not like bland modern hotels. Real radiators, warm bedroom, rooms spacious. Great aspect and daylight and nice staff."

The staff never responded until we followed up. Remotely they wanted us to believe the AC was fine, even though it’s not our experience. The AC problem was never fixed throughout our 3 nights stay. Finally checked in the apartment with WhatsApp communication with the owner who gave clear instructions to get the code and key to enter. Clean and tidy nice 2 bedroom apartment which oversees the Plaza Mayor and the NH Collection Leon Hotel, close to the Cathedral and a short walk to restaurants. Good stay...
