Coffee cups were never cleaned. No tea or coffee, no sugar or cream in the room. No instructions for how to get drinking water. Request Expedia to ask hotel for partial refund."

"Staff at the Eiffel Saint Michel were welcoming and very professional. Nothing was too much trouble and requests were followed up as promised. Loved the room - spacious and modern, and air-conditioning woohoo! Breakfast was my favourite - hot eggs and sausage, yoghurts, fruit, bread, toast. It was great! I enjoyed my stay and will certainly be back next visit to Paris. I love the area - it’s a truly residential part of Paris and handy to everywhere."
