"Have stayed at many Marriott hotels and this was by far the worst experience. Would never stay here again nor recommend. The room next to us had a barking dog… think they moved them?.. NO. The rooftop pool is amazing in theory. Completely understand they allow pool passes. But on the 4th of July, should be suspended. 97% of seating was taken by non staying guests. Kids (little as 3y) in the hot tub do you know that was all peed in. The pool, kids doing cannon bombs off the side splashing...

"Check in was supposed to be at 3:00. The rooms weren’t ready/clean. It would have been helpful to know before we left CoSi and got to the hotel at 3:30 that our room wasn’t going to be ready until closer to 5. We could have adjusted our schedule better. "The fire alarm went off in the middle of the night for no reason. The luggage carts are a weird triangle shape so nothing fits on them. The sidewalks have huge cracks in them so the luggage carts will get stuck and all your luggage will fall off. There were blood stains on one of our comforters. The staff was rude, forgot our meal tickets and refused to make it right on the last morning of our stay when we realized their mistake. "The front desk staff was not really courteous after we arrived on July 8th night around 10:30 PM. However the staff that worked from morning until 11PM on July 9th was good. The housekeeping was terrible.Hope this will be looked into by you. They did not clean the room on July 9th at all. There was no do not disturb note. Overall it the stay was just okay, not great at all!"
