Wasn’t a good first impression. Then went to our room and there was mold in the bathroom and the room wasn’t very clean. We had to be at the airport at 5:30am and made a reservation the night before for a shuttle but when we arrived at the front desk, the front desk lady (a different one) said she had no idea where...
