"Llegamos a buen horario y el check in fue rápido y eficiente. Al realizar salidas a distintos horarios solicitamos otra llave que nos suministraron al rato. El aire acondicionado no era muy eficiente, y el soporte de jabón el la ducha estaba descolgado. La limpieza tiene para mejorar. Se veían pelusas alrededor de la salida del aire acondicionado y la parte de acero inoxidable de la ducha con marcas ."

"Would definitely come back here. It was so easy to walk to the ferry to get into town. Very quiet area, not many guests when we went. There were a few restaurants right around the hotel so when we didn’t feel like traveling to town we could just go there. Staff was helpful and polite, they also provided transportation. Very very convenient!!"

"We arrived around midnight, reception was closed but easy to get in. Breakfast was continetal, fantastic. The room was amazing, especially the tub on the patio. The bed was very comfortable, plenty of pillows. The whole room was spotless, cleaned daily with fresh towels. The staff we met were all very griendly and helpful. Location was fab, a minute from the beach and restaurants. "

"We Loved this hotel! The owner was very nice and Aria was so fantastic to give us advice on beaches, and assure us that the drive was easy! Thank you, Aria! The hotel is SO comfortable with excellent AC and is located on the cutest street / pathway in Chania. Note: we knew nothing about parking so we parked in the closest spot we could find, walked to the hotel to check in, then reparked at a dirt parking lot not too much farther (that we knew was legal). Easy!"

"Lovely hotel. Friendly and attentive staff. Very good breakfast buffet with plenty of choices. A la carte lunchtime restaurant and room service were very good. Lovely pool area, quiet and relaxed, plenty of sun loungers. Nice bar and seating areas. Attractive well kept grounds. We had a deluxe suite with private infinity pool: the room was comfortable, well-furnished, clean, with good storage. The private terrace and pool were fabulous and really enhanced our stay. About 20 min straightforward...
