"During our whole week stay there was no air conditioning as it was not working. We got no updates on when it was going to be fixed and was supposed to be fixed a few days into our stay. The only compensation they gave was minibar service which was basically just a few free sodas a day, which was kind of a joke. Our room was an absolute sauna despite having two fans. Additionally, our toilet stopped working and they just gave us keys to another room after repeatedly asking for help. Although...

"Had a very pleasant stay here. The service was great! The team comprising Diego, Jonathan, Jacky and Bella was amazing as they ensured our hotel breakfast experience was an enjoyable one. Their service was impeccable and had made my stay even more pleasant. The hotel is within walking distance to all the places of interest, including the Sagrada Família! Will definitely stay here again when I visit Barcelona again."

Could hear people talking in Nextdoor rooms. Did not try breakfast since there were many spots around."
