"The room is really cute and very clean. Bed is comfortable and the shower worked well.
The staff is great too. My only comment is that if you have a bug suitcase and end up getting a room on the second floor, it can be a bit tricky as there are no elevators. It’s just one flight of stairs though :)"

"I had a terrible experience staying at this hotel and would not recommend it. The room seemed clean when I arrived. However, the bed sheets appeared to have been used and were not freshly cleaned, and the mattress was old and had a strong odor that smelled like dog urine.
The worst part of my stay was waking up covered in bites, which I believe were caused by either bedbugs or fleas. It has been a couple days that I left the hotel and I'm still itching from the bites. It was extremely...

"They have unacceptable charges. The food is horrible. They charge extra for parking and impose mandatory fees even if you don't order anything. It is the complete opposite of the published images. They really need to improve a lot of things—especially the management—regarding those charges that aren't disclosed upfront."

"Staff was friendly. Very helpful. Resort was in a great location. Less than a 3 minute walk to a private beach. A very nice tropical pool oasis was right across from where we were located. We were within walking distance of restaurants and beach shops. The rooms were a little dated but very clean. A little smaller than what we are used too but it was very cozy. We would stay there again."
