"Had to wait almost an hour and a half for a room after getting there 35 minutes after checkin time. Room stilling getting cleaned at almost 5pm it was a whole lot of people in the lobby waiting on there rooms to be ready. I made my reservation almost 4 moths ago. I will say it was a nice Hotel and the lady at the front desk was nice and did her best. They got the heat the worse and it wasn't there fault. "It was okay. Pros: close and easy beach access, pools, exercise facilities, Starbucks inside hotel, easy check out, beach view was great. Cons: room could use updating (especially bathroom), loud guests throughout the night each night we were there, had to ask three times for more towels, check-in took longer than would have liked. It looked much nicer online, and for the price, I was hoping for more in terms of aesthetics."
