"We stayed here four nights. Beautiful view of the Jungfrau from our balcony. Breakfast was good, with plenty of choices. The outside restaurant had a beautiful view of the mountains, though a somewhat limited menu. Everything we had was very good, including the fondue. A bit of a walk uphill from the train station, but they will pick you up. Would definitely recommend."

"Clean room, excellent service. They also provide shuttle service, you just have to let them know. If you’re coming with the heavy luggages, it’s a good idea to let them know, because there is a steep hill down to go to the hotel. "Nice property in good location."

"Great location. Very close to one train station and not too far from another cable car location. Very nice staff! Very friendly and helpful. Food in hotel restaurant was excellent!"

"The hotel was very charming and well-located. However, there is no staff on site at all. You need to go to another hotel (3 minutes walk away) to speak to someone. Restaurant was supposed to be on site, but it was closed. Breakfast was to be served from 7-10:30 each morning but at 8, the food ran out and wasn’t going to be replenished (a large tour group apparently ate everything before the rest of us woke up). Room was beautiful and very cozy but the beds were really hard. Pillows were...

"Everything was excellent including the buffet, I just found the room to be too small for two people and bathroom to be very small as well."

"Terrific mountain views. Great location."
