"Great location! Amazing staff!"

"Dated but adequate. A barebones hotel that is convenient and comfortable for a quick, one night stay. The hotel has an excellent selection for breakfast and provides a shuttle service to the train station. Sadly the front lobby staff is not very friendly and definitely not as helpful as all of the other hotels that I visited on my trip. They also do not provide complimentary water as was listed on their website !"

"The staff was really nice and helpful"

"The property was fine for our needs, was well located for most of Matsumoto had a great breakfast cafe buffet below for a very reasonable fee of 1500JPY. The staff were very helpful."
