"There should be a sign that tells people to be respectful of others. I woke up every single day to housekeepers and other tourists slamming doors and yelling in the hallway. The rest was great but this ruined sleep for me every morning"

"We had an excellent, if short, stay. The hotel should really be 4 stars, hands down. Room (suite) was impecable, great furnishings and bedding, staff accommodating and free parking very convenient. The location is as best it can be, right in the harbor, with magnificent views. The only place we will consider if we return to Chania."

"decent hotel. but next to runway. so don't go to bed before midnite and don't plan on sleeping in past 7am"

"Staff were amazing, really friendly, giving us lots of tips and offering free towels for the beach (deposit req) even after we checked out! The luggage room was also really helpful. Great location, the balcony was lovely. 2 minutes from the beach and 5 minutes from late if lovely restaurants. The bed was comfy, the room was light and airy, and they give you two pillows per person. Fantastic value for money, would definitely stay again"

"Nice and clean room. Beautiful small balcony on an inside patio."

"Great location and the property was very well kept and seemed relatively new. Staff was very friendly and the buffet breakfast was great!"

"The front desk staff are very friendly and helps. The bar service guy are also good too. Love the wine."

"The hotel is in an excellent location, right on the edge of the Old Town, 5 minutes walk from the harbour. Had a very good superior room, with balcony, on the top floor (4th) facing the old town with the sea in the distance. The room was fairly basic, but clean, with a good bed and bathroom. The swimming pool area was better than in the photos , and pleasant enough to spend time lounging around. The inclusive breakfast was very good, with a wide range of hot and cold options to choose...

"Sehr zentral gelegen."
