"The whole hotel was very rundown and sad. It smelled like stale bar smoke. The room had hair on the bed along with worn out and sandpaper rough linens. The shower door was hanging off its track. There was mold in the corners and the carpet stunk. It felt like a you hostel more than a hotel. "

"From checki in to check out and in between was wonderful. The lovely woman at check in upgraded us to a larger room. (Silly Americans with large luggage) staff even helped tote our luggage’up and down the three flights of stairs. Hot delicious breakfast cooked to order each morning. Ashley and all of the staff were lovely and hospitable. Room was clean, bed comfortable, heater worked well. Room cleaning offered each day. Dinner was lovely and the Guiness and our first baby Guiness memorable....

"Rooms were very clean and comfortable. The staff members were amazing! Everyone was super friendly and welcoming, really great people! The chef not only gave us an unforgettable meal but also great conversation and entertainment later on with percussions. The live music was so much fun and made better by the staff and patrons.
