"The hotel is well located, has a convenient pool and quite well sized rooms. However there are some issues that should be sorted especially considering the room rates. The shelf in the shower was loose, but fixed upon arrival. The rack to dry your clothes on the balcony was loose, fixed upon arrival but loose again when we left. Our key cards didn’t work and we were handed a key which was good, but a bit risky if you loose it (considering the reception close at 2330. Our electricity went off...

"I cant tell you how much we enjoyed staying at the Puerto Rafael! The property is immaculate. It is owned and run by a local Tinian family and you can see the care they put into the property. Do yourself a favor and enjoy the breakfast made by their mom - beautiful, simple, delicious! Kosta was lovely and answered all of our questions and gave us nice recommendations for villages to explore. The rooms were very clean and simple, but you won't want to spend too much time there-its a quick walk...
