"Muy buen trato y excelente lugar"

"Clean room with complimentary slippers. Excellent shower with plenty of hot water Staff helpful & attentive. Secure underground car parking was the main reason we chose this hotel & it didn’t disappoint, plenty of spaces and very secure. The food in the restaurant was very good but thought the strip lighting made the restaurant feel a little uninviting Tea & coffee making facilities would have been useful but overall very nice place to stay"

"The location was perfect for walking around Burgos and exploring. There was very secure parking just outside the door of the hotel at a reasonable price. And, the two young ladies that helped me at reception were professional and kind. To me, they were the best part of the hotel. "Es un hotel muy recomendable por su ubicación si estás camino, precio y amabilidad de su personal sobre todo Michel. Limpio y con camas cómodas. El único inconveniente es que se escucha a los vecinos, pero tiene un precio muy comedido para lo que ofrecen. Volvere"

"Some residents have “Hostal No” signs on their balconies opposing the tourist accommodations. The dispute concerning the use and alteration of common areas led to litigation between the homeowners’ association and the lodging/property operator, including court rulings in 2023 and 2024. The signs were still present during our August 2026 stay, although this did not cause us any problems. Otherwise the room and the location were perfect for us."

"Personal amable, buena atencion en recepción, desayuno mejorable. Habitación limpia, pero falta de modernización. En la TV no se ven los canales basicos."
