"The AC didn’t work. This made the stay a bad experience in summer ( 35C / 95F ) - the room was constantly warmer than outdoors. The only communication method with the staff was texting. The staff never responded until we followed up. Remotely they wanted us to believe the AC was fine, even though it’s not our experience. The AC problem was never fixed throughout our 3 nights stay. After 2 days the staff started to ignore us. Since we only had one more night to stay, we decided to leave it as...

"Modern appartement with a view either to the street or the backyard. Good location for viewing the historic center, WLAN was slow."

"La Habitación excelente, los muebles antiguos preciosos bien cuidados, estuvimos muy cómodos. Elisa un encanto muy acogedora. El desayuno estaba muy bien con pastelería local, todo muy rico! Importante reservar cena en el camping con anticipación ( está a 10 minutos caminando del hotel, tambien se puede ir en coche 2 min) nosotros intentamos pero estaban llenos por unas reservas grandes o llegar cenados que no había nada más para cenar en el resto del pueblo o los pueblos colindantes. La zona...

"It took me over 30 minutes to find the apartment when arrived by taxi from Leon airport. After talking to the owner on phone and realized that the address on Expedia website is not updated. Finally checked in the apartment with WhatsApp communication with the owner who gave clear instructions to get the code and key to enter. Clean and tidy nice 2 bedroom apartment which oversees the Plaza Mayor and the NH Collection Leon Hotel, close to the Cathedral and a short walk to restaurants. Good stay...

"El restaurante así como el bar son correctos y con cómodas camas"

"Alda Vía León is a absolute gem. You couldn’t ask for a better, more central location to explore the city. The hotel combines classic charm with squeaky-clean rooms and fantastic value for money. On top of that, the service was excellent—friendly, welcoming, and helpful throughout my stay. Highly recommended!"

"A good place to be with family, quiet and a nice design based in Alice in Wonderland. Small town not far from Leon and from other small towns worth to visit, nice and convenient. "
