"Wasn't sure what to expect and had some specific needs. Overall it was a very positive experience, the accommodation was better than I anticipated, excellent location for walking/ shopping/siteseeing, suite layout was very well done and well equipped, staff were all helpful and courteous, excellent continental breakfast. We arrived earlier than expected and anticipated hours before we could check in, but the hotel was able to check us in on arrival with exactly what we needed. I would for sure...

"This hotel is perfect location if you’re attending a concert at MTELUS, 5 mins walk. Nice mall within also 7 mins walk. Was pleased with the room that included with fridge and microwave. Breakfast was ok. Like that I was able to get a hot tea after hours. Very disappointed, the reception not able to extend my check out time by 2 hours due to my flight time. Oh well."

"I would rate this hotel as below average.Unfortunately, our stay was not very comfortable. First of all, the bathroom was not clean — there were hairs in the bathtub, which made it feel unhygienic. Secondly, the view was very disappointing. Instead of something pleasant, we were facing a roof with ventilation equipment, which made the room feel more like a basement than a proper hotel room. Parking was also an issue, as we were charged extra for it, which was not clearly communicated in advance....

"Standard room. Cleanliness : Room was clean for the most part, didn’t like the big cobwebs near the door to the balcony when I first entered. The room cleaning lady was lovely and very thorough though and did a splendid job. Internet : Wifi was good (did struggle a bit at night around 10-11pm but generally good). Room : Tv was off center , also tilted, it kept triggering my OCD. The curtain is very difficult to adjust due to how it’s positioned behind the sofa. The balcony door was locked...
