Housekeeping tried to come in our room at 9:30am, checkout is 11am. Walls are very thin, could hear adjacent room occupants talking, coughing, etc."

"Everything was great except one MAJOR item. Both beds were worn out and caved in to the middle of the mattress like shallow ponds. Ridiculous for a hotel to have worn out mattresses knowing damn well that the main thing about staying at a hotel is good sleep and rest. Come on best western. Yall know better."

"Comfortable stay, room was clean and roomy. Had everything we needed. Breakfast was disappointing as far aa selection and it was a small crowded space with no where to sit. Very fair price and decent location. I would stay again."
