"The room was very clean and a nice size. Overall, the hotel was in a great location in the Gothic Quarter. We stayed on the second floor so we only took the elevator to leave with our luggage. "Convenient location"

"Really nice area! The restaurant downstairs next to it called Fismuler.. Oh my goodness!!! Can say it was in my top 3 places to eat in Barcelona!! Hotel staff were nice and helpful. We got in earlier than our check in time but they held our luggage in a locker for us so we can explore city while we wait for our room. They cleaned our room every day. The lounge area and pool was nice to hangout after a day out in the city. Really recommend it for couples!"

"It's very well located right in the city center, easy to walk anywhere, close to many places to eat or shop. My bad experience was the room cleaning; it's not a priority for them, and even though I complained, they did nothing to fix it. The room maintenance was poor."

"Our 1 night stay was miserable. The ac was not working good, and when we asked the front desk for help, the worker they sent just told us it will take 1 hour to cool down and it never did. Very uncomfortable to sleep hot!"

"Our room had a strange smell, possibly from a cleaning product or something but it was kind of overwhelming, and they immediately gave us a different room which was wonderful. It's a really cool spot, safe and conveniently close to shopping and plenty of restaurants as well as the gothic quarter. Also not too far of a walk to the beach."

"We really enjoyed our stay here. The building and room were clean and perfectly suited for our need. The AC did not work superior, but worked enough. I just wish it would have cooled the room a bit more to my comfort but thankful for some relief from the heat/humidity. We had a small maintenance issue one day and the staff addressed it quickly. we were so appreciative of this! What I also appreciated the most was as Spanish/Catalan is not my first language, I experienced a minor medical issue...
