"Hotel Lion was in beautiful historic building conveniently located next to a metro station and within walking distance to most attractions in Sofia. There was a lovely cafe next to the hotel. In addition, there are many good cafes, restaurants and convenience stores nearby. Staff were helpful. The only small issue was an odour from the bathroom even though my room and the bathroom were clean."

"Mindenkinek ajánlom.Vendégszeretők, segítőkészek."

"The staff was very friendly and helpful at check in and suggesting restaurants. The locations is central and easy to get to."

"Good location. Noise where the room face the street and no windows other rooms."

"Located near to a number of trams, and the M4 metro, which goes directly to the airport. Neighbourhood has shops, restaurants and other amenities which is helpful. Hotel is really clean, and quiet, with a good breakfast offering. The balcony was a nice touch and bed was comfy. Would definitely stay here again"

"Room was dirty, had to pay 8 instead of 5 euro for early checkin. Breakfast was 7,13 instead of 5. Coffee was disguisting. Locker was locked. Had still someone elses items in there."

"Een schoon appartement, op loopafstand naar het centrum. Fijne bedden. Minpunt: erg gehorig. Je hoort buren lopen, praten en met stoelen schuiven."

"The hotel and facilities were fantastic. 24 hour reception is advertised. Wasn’t sure I saw that. Very convenient to the Water and the old Town"

"Booked a premium suite. Two nice bedrooms, comfy living room and both the balconies had amazing views of Vitosha Mountain. All the amenities you would need are there. Breakfast was fantastic and the hotel staff were very helpful. Great location, which was quiet, but only a short walk to most of the sights. Had a great time at this hotel"
