"The room was not clean, the linen was smelly, the staff was not helpful. We booked accommodation for 4 people for 3 nights, I went to reception and told them the linen was smelly, the staff gave me new linen and told me to change it. Everyday we have to ask reception for toilet paper. It is first time staying at Forest Hotel and Apartment and last time too. Will nerves come back here. Would not recommend for anybody to stay here."

"Everything was pretty good for the price. The bed was comfortable which is one of the most important things and the breakfast was buffet for only $21 which is crazy knowing a coffee and a croissant cost that in any cafe. "

"Great location in Darling Harbour precinct and easy walk to the CBD and down to Circular Quay area. Checking in staff member clearly announced my room number in front of other nearby people. Sleep deprived and exhausted after being on the go for the previous 30+ hours meant I had to ask which way to turn once I got the room key. Very difficult to turn off the shower taps properly- particularly the hot tap, which could be a safety concern. "

"I was able to walk here from the Domestic Terminal, great place for an overnight, friendly staff, comfortable bed and rooms."

"We needed a place close to the airport with an airport shuttle and a restaurant and the Ciloms Airport Lodge met that requirement well."

"Clean, comfortable and well equipped hotel in a great location - perfect for our needs. The room was large enough to fit 2 persons plus suitcases. The gym and laundry were also excellent additions and having the option to head to cafe/restaurant downstairs for a coffee, drink or meal was appreciated too. Wouldn’t hesitate to stay again. "

"AC was really good and overall very clean. The beds were a bit tough and uncomfortable though. But that’s up to personal preference. Also a loud street with it being a Main Street. So be ready for sirens and some noise on Friday and Saturday nights. Overall a very good stay, would come back again"
