"Great property, but the staff is what made me submit a review. Antonia at the front desk made our two days in Zürich better than we could’ve imagined. She suggested restaurants and things to do and treated us with respect and care. I could tell she genuinely wanted us to enjoy our time, and that is incredibly valuable these days."

"Great space and atmoshere. Room was large and area very convenient. Old town area so had some sewage smell from the drain which was not pleasant in our room. Went to complete laundry but the washer was smelly and needed to be cleaned. We ran a clean cycle and advised the 3rd party app but they would not refund the invoice of $3 even though we disclosed the issue. Free tea was nice touch. Would stay again."

"The hotel is at a good location in the old town. Hotel is clean. However, it was noisy due to construction across the street. My bathroom shower/shampoo soap bottle was not filled so I had no soap to use while showering and couldn’t call front desk because it’s past 9 pm. 😣"

"A little way from the hub, but still well located, accessible by bus. Well appointed rooms. Staff friendly and good humour though seemed a little stretched at times, especially at breakfast to have enough food, crockery etc as needed. Overall good value for money. "

"Although property updated and nearly new, you either took train (free pass from hotel) into old city center or drove yourself. Parking is extra and a bit steep at 25 chf per night. Easy on and off major hwy."
