"I always stay here when I go to Madison. Plenty of parking. Great friendly staff. Great cooked to order free breakfast . Quiet and the rooms are clean. Convenient location . The orice is right and much better than staying downtown ."

"Upon alerting the front desk of a critter in the duct work running back and forth, nothing was done. Per instructions left in the room, the following day we asked the front desk to have housekeeping service our room, they did not. Upon entering the room for the first time, it smelled. I know where NOT to stay next visit to La Crosse, as it was less than "Grand""

"It was worth what i needed, clientele seemed a little sketchy. Appears a lot of the rooms are long term rentals, I only needed 2 nights so it was ok and local for my needs. However if i was on a long vacation I would not recommend. Room were ok, not the most updated and definitely not the cleanest, no fridge or microwave. Front desk was mostly polite and helpful so that was a plus, and allowed me to have my dog. Not a bad stay but surely not a high class resort."

"We were in town for one day and just needed somewhere to rest our heads. The room was clean enough, however the screws holding the towel rack in the bathroom were pulling out of the wall, and the fridge didn't work. As a bonus, a giant was staying above us and he was getting in his 10,000 steps from 11:45pm until who knows when. The walls/floors are paper thin."
