"The room and the whole property were very dirty. There were stains on towels and sheets. The bathroom was moldy. Also you can literally hear every single car that drives by because the walls are made of paper. Stay somewhere else. There are so many better options in Roanoke. The staff was very nice though."

"Close to everything. Perfect for our visit to JMU for homecoming"

"Hotel was clean and comfortable. There was continental breakfast daily with pancakes, eggs, sausage, muffins, cereal, toast, bagels, yogurt, juice, and coffee. They did come in the room every day and remove used towels, even when not asked or on the floor, but they did not replace them all one night. The hook on the back of the bathroom door was broken. And they never refilled the conditioner. But the beds and pillows were comfortable and it was clean."

"Room and bath room were very clean. Staff were friendly and professional. Gave us a room on first room steps from the front door, front desk, and eating area. Breakfast was warm and very good. Parking for handcap was convenient."

"Hotel is wonderful as we have stayed there in the past but this time when checking in they charged us a parking fee. I will be looking at different hotels in the future."

"There is a dennys for eating within walking distance"

"Nice clean stay!"

"Room very clean and it was quiet."

"The room was clean, breakfast typical fair. However, the room was not soundproofed and we did have noisy neighbors. (Not really management's fault)"
