"Clean Rooms Friendly Staff good Breakfast"

"This was my husband and I’s third anniversary. It was a lovely getaway from the city. It was so clean and all the rooms had a hot tub. Very nice staff. Could’ve possibly done something for the anniversary or at least given us some kind of pivot as to what to do to celebrate.. or even a chocolate, but just being there was really nice and looking forward to spending more time there in the future."

"This motel was a hidden gem. The bed was very comfortable and the staff was so helpful and friendly. The only small complaint would be the fans in the rooms appear to be on the same remote control, so when one room turned their fan on, ours came on too, and visa versa. If they would install a master off switch this would solve this issue, but since it was such a small inconvenience, I didn’t want it to impact my overall rating."

"I stayed in a king room and the bed was very comfortable. The room was quiet from other surrounding rooms. The frig and microwave in the room was very useful. The location was very close to casinos and many restaurants. The Continental breakfast was more than that. They had a waffle iron for fresh waffles, breakfast sandwich with egg, sausage, cheese and English Muffin that could be heated up, cereals, yogurt, milk, juices, etc."

"The office was hard to find at 10:30 at night, but once we found it, we were good. Breakfast was good for a make shift Breakfast area...they are remodeling the first building and had to move office and Breakfast.....the staff was very helpful when we needed somethings. We stayed 3 days and it was a good stay!"

"Dear Hardman house and Expedia, I recently booked a room at the Hardman house through Expedia. Upon check-in, we discovered the air conditioner in our room was not working. The staff was unable to fix the issue and made no attempt to resolve it or offer us an alternative room. As a result, we checked out immediately and found accommodations elsewhere. The front desk informed us that their policy is no refunds. What is particularly frustrating is that when I booked the room just a few days prior,...
