"The hotel is central and close to shops, restaurants and pubs. It's also very close to the Esplanade which was lovely for an evening (or morning) stroll. Also nearby is the tourist information center.
I had an enjoyable stay.

"They have secured parking. Priced fairly. Rooms are very comfortable,spacious and clean. Motel outside of rooms poorly maintained and cleaned. Was kept awake at night by flashing vibrating on outside wall due to wind. Will still stay there again on our next trip."

"The first night could not get my car into the car park had to park on the roadside the window in my room could not be locked so that made me feel a little uneasy as would have been very easy to break into my room there was tea and coffee but no milk so had to go buy some as no staff around to ask"

"Fantastic spacious cabin. Tourist Park has great amenities and the staff were very helpful and friendly. Very central for sightseeing in the National Park. Wish we had stayed longer!"

The hot springs. The family cabin was a decent size. Small double bed. Mostly clean cabin. Staff were very friendly and helpful. Nice pool but didn’t get to use it on our short overnight stay."
